return and refund policy

Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions, including the Return and Refund Policy, become effective immediately upon the client’s booking confirmation with Impact Visuals.

1. Overview

At Impact Visuals, we strive to provide outstanding photography services and products. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

2. Services Refund Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations within 7 days of the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Post-Delivery Changes: Any changes or edits requested after delivery and agreement on the images will be subject to additional charges.

3. Products and Prints Refund Policy

Digital Images: All digital images are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products: Defective or damaged prints or albums must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence for replacement or repair.
Returns: Non-defective products cannot be returned.

4. Client Responsibility for Image Storage

Clients are responsible for storing and backing up their images. Impact Visuals does not guarantee indefinite storage of images. While we may retain some images for portfolio or archival purposes, we do not accept responsibility for loss of client images after delivery.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total package price.
Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

2. Image Usage Rights

Clients receive personal use rights for all delivered images.
Impact Visuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery

Images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 2-5 working days after the photoshoot.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the storage and backup of their delivered images.
Impact Visuals may or may not retain copies of images beyond what is used in our portfolio.

5. Agreement to Terms

By booking and using Impact Visuals services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Return and Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Impact Visuals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the session.
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled by Impact Visuals due to unforeseen circumstances.
